1.What information will I need during registration? |

During the registration process you will be asked for your personal information, including your social security number and driver's license number. You will also need your bank and/or credit card account information for the account(s) you wish to transfer funds from onto your mycropay™ card. |

2. Why do you need my social security number and birthdate?
|
|
| |
|
This information is used to pull your credit report information in order to authenticate your identity. This is a "soft-pull" and does NOT affect your credit rating/score or reflect as an inquiry. There is no credit check required for approval to obtain the mycropay™ card. You will be presented with a list of multiple choice questions based on your credit history, which only you should know the answers to. This information is not easily attainable by individuals with criminal intentions. If your responses are within acceptable limits, the system will accept your identity.

3.Can my mailing address and billing address be different? |
|

|
No. Both your mailing address and billing address must be the same. The billing address of your credit card statement is verified against your card issuer's information to protect you against fraudulent use of your credit card. As this is a financial instrument, the mycropay™ card will not be mailed to an address that is different than your billing address.

4. How can I load my mycropay™ card? |

If you have registered for your mycropay™ card online you may choose to fund your account via credit card and/or a bank account (ACH). Also, you may reload your account in cash at any participating retail location. Please see the Agent Locator on the main menu to find a participating retail location in your area.

5. When will my mycropay™ card be mailed?
|
|

When your registration is completed, you may select First Class or Express delivery. Your card will be mailed immediately after card production, which takes 5-7 business days. Allow 10-15 business days for First Class delivery. Cards will be shipped via Express delivery within 24 hours of card production. |
